The latest e-RACE engine management system, the d4, has been developped for Pump-Injectors ("Pump-Düse") engines. These are very common on cars of the Volkswagen-Audi group.
A "Cup" version has been made in order to meet the requirements of singletype championships :
- Data-logging of running time, of the maximum revs, temperatures, pressures, etc.
- Additional security for engine reliability and driver protection.
- Turning password for access to the maps. Several levels of password give different access rights.
- An optional internal datalogging system that gives more than 70 hours recording time of all engine parameters with high frequency. This is quite interesting in case of engine damage on rent cars.
The "Cup" version as been chosen as exclusive furnisher for all the VW Fun Cup TDI championships.
A "Standard" version is also available.
